Wayfare Magazine: Shortest Review Ever

by Susan on February 25, 2012

I read 73 blogs every day, but I don’t really love reading online magazines.  For example, the publication from citizenM hotels, aptly named citizenMag, has great content but is overwhelming and annoying for my brain to read online.  I get a daytime wine headache just thinking about it.  (But still, check them out – citizenM is doing great things online, and their images are fab.)

The exception arrived before my eyes today.  Wayfare Magazine is a beautifully composed (online) magazine that manages to be simultaneously aspirational and within reach.

If you love travel, or even just the trappings of travel, Wayfare is irresistible.  Design and content hit just the right note, and I can’t wait to flip back through the “pages.”

Go there now!

A million thank yous from the entire Wayfare team! When we started this project we didn’t want to pretend we were designing a print magazine. We kept the web in mind the entire time and wanted a format to enhance the content and engage the viewer, not overwhelm them.
